Custom 3D printing from people who own the printers
Replacement parts, prototypes, brackets, enclosures and one-off gifts. Upload your STL, see what it should cost, and pick a printer owner near you or across the country.
How it works
- Upload your STL. We measure the size, volume, weight and print time right in your browser.
- Choose a printer. Compare price, materials, build size, turnaround and reviews from real completed orders.
- The owner confirms the price. They check your file on their machine and send a final price. You decline or pay.
- Approve your print. You get a photo of the finished part. Approve it and pay shipping, and it goes out with tracking.
- Confirm it arrived. Your payment is held until you do, and a dispute process protects you if the part isn't right.
Why use a marketplace instead of one print shop
Thousands of 3D printers sit unused most of the week. Printer owners set their own rates, so you often pay less than an industrial service, and you can pick the material, the build volume and the state the part ships from. Because every owner is rated from completed orders, you can see who delivers before you order.
Frequently asked questions
How much does a custom 3D print cost?
It depends on the size of the part, the material and the printer owner's hourly rate. Upload your STL and you get an instant estimate, then the printer owner confirms the final price after checking your file. Small parts often start around $5, plus shipping.
What file do I need?
An STL file, up to 25 MB. We measure it in your browser so you see the size, volume, estimated weight and print time before you send anything.
When do I pay?
You pay for the print after the printer owner confirms a price. Shipping is charged separately, only after you've seen a photo of the finished print and approved it.
What if the part isn't right?
Your payment is held until you confirm the part arrived. If something is wrong, open a dispute and our team reviews it before the printer owner is paid.
Which materials are available?
PLA, PETG, ABS, ASA, TPU, nylon and resin, depending on what each printer owner offers. You can filter printers by material and by the state they ship from.
